Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IOBend services, CLI binaries, IDE plugins, or APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

2. Permitted Use & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your API keys, session tokens, and master encryption passwords. IOBend is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from compromised local device credentials.

3. Service Availability & SLA

IOBend strives for 99.99% uptime for our cloud API endpoints and Vault infrastructure. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated via status.iobend.com.

4. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate platform policies, perform unauthorized security probing, or engage in malicious API flooding.
